Not happy with how an illustration turned out? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll redo the book at no charge.

Full refund

If a revision doesn't solve the issue, we'll refund the full price of the book. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days via Stripe.

Damaged in transit

If your book arrives damaged, send a photo to support@keepinheart.com and we'll ship a replacement free of charge.
